Survey on the Study Permit Pilot Project
The Federal Court launched a pilot project on October 1, 2024, designed to streamline the adjudication of study permit judicial review applications brought under section 72 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. We now invite participants to share their feedback through a short survey, by February 13, to help us evaluate the pilot.
