Summer Recess

The Federal Court will have a reduced schedule for both general and special sittings from July 27 to August 9, 2026.

General Sittings

Special Sittings

Urgent matters may be scheduled, where necessary, on request to the Judicial Administrator pursuant to Rule 35(2).
