La Cour fédérale est la cour nationale de première instance du Canada qui entend et règle les litiges qui relèvent de la compétence fédérale. La Cour est établie à Ottawa, et ses juges se déplacent partout au Canada pour entendre des affaires relevant de sa compétence nationale, ce qui procure à tous les Canadiens un meilleur accès à la justice.
